Terms of Service 🔥

Last updated: Today (We're in Beta)

1. The Roast Agreement

By using Roast My Site, you agree to get your website brutally roasted. We don't hold back. If you can't handle criticism, this isn't for you. Seriously.

2. What We Do

We analyze websites and provide harsh but constructive feedback. Our roasts are based on:

  • Real performance data (when available)
  • Web standards and best practices
  • Common sense (surprisingly rare)
  • A healthy dose of sarcasm

3. What We Don't Do

  • We don't hack, attack, or damage websites
  • We don't store sensitive data
  • We don't guarantee your feelings won't be hurt
  • We don't fix your site (that's your job)

4. Free vs Paid

Free Roast: You get what you pay for - a quick, savage roast with basic insights.

Paid Analysis ($10): Detailed 50-point analysis with actionable fixes. Still brutal, but more helpful.

5. Liability (The Legal Stuff)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". We're not responsible if:

  • You cry after reading your roast
  • Your boss sees your site's terrible score
  • You actually follow our advice and it works too well
  • Your conversion rate goes up and you have to work harder

6. Intellectual Property

The roasts we generate are yours to share, frame, or cry over. We might use anonymized data to improve our roasting algorithms, but we'll never share your specific site's roast without permission.

7. Refunds

If you paid $10 and got a detailed analysis, no refunds. You asked for the truth, we delivered. If there's a technical issue and you didn't receive your report, email us and we'll fix it.

8. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. TL;DR: We don't care about your personal data, we just want to roast websites.

9. Changes to Terms

We might update these terms. If we do, we'll make them funnier. Major changes will be announced.

10. Contact

Got issues? Email: roast@yoursite.com

Want to complain about your roast? Email: /dev/null

11. Beta Disclaimer

This is a BETA service. Things might break. Roasts might be too savage. Features might change. If you find bugs, tell us and we'll give you a free detailed report.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Internet and common sense. Disputes will be settled by who has the better website.

By using this service, you acknowledge that your website probably needs work and you're ready to hear about it.
