1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FitCheck ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FitCheck is an AI-powered outfit analysis service that provides:

• Outfit ratings and feedback based on uploaded photos
• Style recommendations and improvement suggestions
• Wardrobe management features
• AI-generated fashion advice

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Tier: Users receive 3 free outfit checks upon registration.

4.2 Premium Subscription:

• Premium subscriptions are billed at $4.99 USD per month
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled
• Premium includes 100 outfit checks per month
• Unused checks do not roll over to the next month

4.3 Automatic Renewal:

• Your subscription will automatically renew each month
• You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly
• Renewal charges occur on the same date each month
• You will be notified of any price changes in advance

4.4 Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Access to premium features continues until period ends
• No partial refunds for unused time

4.5 Payment Processing:

• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
• We do not store credit card information
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You're responsible for keeping payment information current

5. User Content and Photos

5.1 Your Content:

• You retain ownership of photos you upload
• You grant us license to process and analyze your photos
• Photos are used solely for providing outfit feedback
• You represent that you have rights to all uploaded content

5.2 Content Guidelines:

• Upload only appropriate outfit/clothing photos
• No nudity or inappropriate content
• No copyrighted material you don't own
• We reserve the right to remove violating content

5.3 AI Analysis:

• Photos are analyzed using AI technology
• Feedback is generated algorithmically
• Results are for entertainment and informational purposes
• We don't guarantee accuracy of fashion advice

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We collect only necessary data to provide the service
• Photos are stored securely in Supabase
• We don't sell your personal data
• You can request data deletion at any time

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI system
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Share accounts or sell access to your account
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass or harm other users
• Attempt to bypass usage limits

8. Intellectual Property

• FitCheck name, logo, and service are our property
• AI-generated feedback belongs to you
• You may share your results on social media
• We may use anonymized data to improve our service

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

We are NOT responsible for:

• Fashion choices you make based on our AI feedback
• Any damages from following outfit suggestions
• Temporary service interruptions or downtime
• Loss of data due to technical issues
• Third-party services (Stripe, Supabase) issues

Limitation of Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

• Photos are retained while your account is active
• Deleted photos are removed within 30 days
• Account deletion removes all associated data
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance

11. GDPR and CCPA Rights

If you're in the EU or California, you have additional rights:

• Right to access your data
• Right to correct inaccurate data
• Right to delete your data
• Right to data portability
• Right to opt-out of data sales (we don't sell data)

12. Children's Privacy

FitCheck is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you're under 18, please use with parental permission.

13. Modifications to Service

• We may modify or discontinue features at any time
• Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

14. Termination

• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time
• Termination doesn't entitle you to refunds
• Certain provisions survive termination

15. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Class action waiver applies
• Small claims court exception available
• Governed by laws of Delaware, USA
